No the expobar handle will not fit a Simonelli you need a Simonelli filter holder.

Hello,
Currently am returning an E61 portafilter to a seller who advertised it as fitting Expobar. It looks just about identical to other portafilter I have, but doesn't actually fit. It does however suggest that not all Expobar machines are created equal.
Has this been tried and tested to fit the Expobar Leva dual boiler? Asking because I have no interest in wasting more time and return postage should the portafilter not fit.

The Expobar is slightly different in the wings are not as big as those on the E61 style handles although to look at they are identical.

I have the Expobar Rosetta 2 group machine. If I was to order the bottomless portafilter would it be possible to fit a slightly larger basket to it, let's say around the 18/19g mark? Or would this be limited by the dimensions of the portafilter?
