It makes a great crema and delivers a delicious espresso. I can highly recommend it.

Repeat buyer of Superb's Paradiso and Crema beans. Both are very good, but have a preference for the darker roast of Paradiso. Forms a rich chocolatey crema.

Wonderful medium roast with spicy chocolate flavor, mild "bittery" finish (as any good dark chocolate would have) and a nice thick crema. Highly recomend & will re-purchase. (FYI: Use Gaggia Classic Pro, 20 kg. tamp in single spout portafilter with VST Precision Filter Basket, 15g DBL-EUR)
