Before i had this knowing the temp was a bit of a guessing game .well not no more .
I was making my espresso on the cool side mainly because my lelit mara was not up to working temp ..
So without this I wouldn't have known....plus i can use different temps to bring out the best in the beans.
I'm so very happy with this...so what you all waiting for......invest in this for a better coffee .....

I have had the device installed on my Profitec 500, non-PID for a couple of weeks. Took literally five minutes to install. No leaks. Instructions are accurate. This device has really help to dial in my shots.

Pros Works good, coast less than getting a replacement from Eric 39 plus core safer also especially if you're not familiar with compression fittings. Cons a little harder to read than Eric's (old eyes) Because requires a Teflon washer with the brass it should have came with one mine was not in very good shape used it anyway. INFORMATION - Coffee Sensor website shows putting it in with just brass only. manufacturer's website showed using Teflon tape would not think that be necessary with straight threads All 3 ways should if torqued properly. But like I said works great.

Works well and easy to fit. Consistent temperatures for my shots now.

Smaller than I thought, works very well, nicely compact. Wish it stayed on a bit longer. Very easy to install. The instructions are horribly small print.

Gives you insight on the real water temperature in the grouphead and the grouphead itself, and enables you to be more consistent.

A really useful tool for any e61 group espresso machine. Installed on a Bezzera Domus Galatea. Helps with temperature surfing. Fast postage and very well packaged.

Just received the Coffee Sensor a few days ago and it works perfectly so far. It was easy to install on a VBM Super Domobar. Found out I was brewing a little too hot and have turned down the pressurestat. I am now experimenting to see which brew temperatures I like the taste of best. I ordered it with a little trepidation from The Espresso Shop UK because I could not find it online in the US. I am very happy with the whole transaction and would certainly order from them again.

Does exactly what you'd expect. Easy to fit, and tells you the temperature! I replaced an old "Eric's thermometer" and this works the same without the faff adjusting the depth.

Original item was faulty but replaced without bother - Espresso shop even sent me the new one before I returned the old one when I asked them to since I didn't have a working coffee machine without it!

Works great so far. Arrived very fast to the U.S. I am pleased with my purchase.
