These burrs are compatible with the Olympus 75 HS grinders they are not compatible with the Olympus KR models which use conical burrs

No, although these burrs will fit they are not suitable for the high speed and torque of the very large engine in the Atom Pro, they produce too much heat. The Pro burrs are cut a specific way so as not to overheat.

If I use the Mythos titanium burrs twice a day to grind 18 grams of espresso in the Eureka Atom Pro will overheating be a problem? I only wish to use the grinder for espresso at home.

No, domestic grinding is not going to overheat a commercial grinder
