I own a Rioba Firenze which seems to be a rebadged Bricoletta. This stopped heating and testing gave no continuity on either of the elements. Only owned for a year secondhand and I'm of the opinion that only one half of the element has been working since I took ownership. This was a straight swap with included seal and was only a 15 minute job. Problem fixed with added bonus of improved recovery time from boiler refill for boiling water if guests prefer tea. Excellent service from The Espresso Shop so only had a couple of days downtime.
