Hey there. I have an early 2000's La Pavoni Professional. Is this the replacement part for the old pressure stat? how is it adjusted?

Hi Michael,
Yes this is the most up to date version of the pressure-stat and will fit your machine no problems. There is a small screw head at the top which can be adjusted if required and it has + and - indicators.

Hi,
Would this fit a 2001 Europiccola ? It is a Millennium model with the plastic sleeve and 51mm basket size. The pressurestat in my machine has a slightly different shape.
Also, what is the pipe diameter?

Yes the pressure switch is set at 0.8 bar which is optimum for the pavoni lever machines and switches the power on and off to the element to maintain temperature.

The pressure switch is preset at 0.8 bar. I would adjust the pressure gauge to match this.
