Rancilio Service

Our engineers here at The Espresso Shop are fully trained to service and repair Rancilio domestic coffee makers. You can send your machine for servicing or purchase parts and kits and do the job yourself.

We handle all warranty work. Any problems with your machine simply send it back to us and we can fix it here onsite and get it straight back to you.

Service costs of Rancilio Silvia model (all generations) start from £100 + VAT which includes full service of entire machine and descale.

Service - Replace seals and showerplate, check all working parts, descale and fully test.

Generally we hold 100% of the spares for these machines so if anything else is required we can inform you. If you're happy for us to go ahead we can replace any parts and fix the machine to perfect working order there and then.

If you want your machine serviced or repaired you can send your machine to our Glasgow workshop. If you are able to repair your own machine, then we can supply you with all the parts necessary.
