Currently we have a turnaround period of approx. 4 - 6 weeks. This is due to the very high volume of machines we have been receiving each week. You won't receive a call when your machine arrives, it will go into the queuing system, our engineers will give you a call when they are working on your machine and go over any additional costs if there are any.
The Espresso Shop has a full time domestic service centre and can service models of the above domestic machine brands and restore them to their full coffee making potential. We can source and supply you with any current replacement parts, most of which we keep in stock in our warehouse here in Glasgow, Scotland.

Package your machine up securely and put a note in the box to inform the engineer of any problems you have been having or if you just require a service. Include your contact details and one of our friendly engineers will give you a call to let you know if any additional work is required.
We recommend a company called Interparcel for easy collection and good prices.
There is no need to worry about return delivery as it is included in your machine service bill.
