Many people claim that it is difficult to pull great shots from a single basket, but since I switched to using this I have experienced the best clarity, consistency and “sweetness” of shots since getting my La Pavoni!

They should supply these as standard with the machine!

This is now my daily driver for my breakfast shot - used with a 9g dose of medium roast Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, de-clumped, settled, leveled, and finger-tamped.

The pre-infusion is natural and consistent, the pull is clean and smooth with good resistance, and the first shot of the day makes me smile!
