Does this fit the pre-millennium Europiccola? Thanks.

Hi there, This item will not fit the Europiccola unless you change the Upper Sight Glass Retainer to the Professional size or if you can source/have someone manufacture an adapter nut to fit the Europiccola. These unfortunately are not supplied by La Pavoni. Thanks. The Espresso Shop Team.

Will this pressure gauge or another adapt to a La Pavoni Europiccola (Pre-Millenium)? If so, do you have all the parts?
The Espresso Shop Replies:
|
Hi
To install a gauge on a Europiccola the parts used by a Professional need to be substituted. All parts can be found on the Pavoni Lever diagrams

I read in another Q&A mention of adjusting the pressure gauge. Mine no longer drops back to zero (even when removed), is it possible to make it do so?
The Espresso Shop Replies:

Hi
Yes you can adjust by twisting the front off the gauge and carefully moving the needle back to where it is required

I have the latest model of the Europiccola (domestic), for which I'm looking to buy a pressure gauge -- is this the right one, and do I need to buy anything else with this (pipes, nuts etc)? Thanks!
The Espresso Shop Replies:

Hi AC
Yes the Europiccola is not designed to take a pressure gauge so to adapt it you need to change the Europiccola upper sight glass retainer with the Professional sight glass retainer https://www.theespressoshop.co.uk/en/La-Pavoni-Lever-Upper-Sight-Glass-Retainer-for-gauge---31111441/m-2268.aspx and also. Along with the pressure gauge you will also need the pressure gauge nut https://www.theespressoshop.co.uk/en/La-Pavoni-Professional-Pressure-Gauge-Nut-Chrome---3120104/m-2238.aspx. As you will also be removing the element to access the sight glass retainer the element gasket will also need to be replaced.
Kind regards

Is there also a pressure gauge to measure 9 to 10 bars of pressure during the pull. This gauge seems to measure steam pressure only (to a maximum of 2.5 bar) or am I mistaken?
