You point to an adapter that is necessary for the Europiccola. However, on the Q&A of the adapter you specifically tell him it will NOT fit the Europiccola. So, can I buy this, the adapter and the gauge?

Yes if you buy all the items for the Professional you can dismantle the machine and fit the gauge to your Europiccola.
