Keeping the group heads, on your commercial espresso machine, cleaned on a daily basis is a necessity if you want to serve a good standard of espresso. To purge the group head, at least once a day, of stale coffee grounds and oils, requires the use of a blind filter and a suitable cleaner such as Puly Caff.

Please take note you cannot use a blanking disc to backflush a Domestic machine unless it has a 3 way solenoid valve.
