Cafelat at The Espresso Shop

The founder of Cafelat is Paul Pratt, he has been involved in many aspects of the industry since 1995 where he started out as a barista. He then became an entrepreneur opening retail stores in 1997 aged just 23. A year later he began his long-standing close relationship with La Marzocco when he started importing and reselling them in Hong Kong and Macau. In 2003 Paul’s company sold their retail stores and established a roasting facility.
