I had a leaky steam wand. This part is an exact replacement. Took 5 minutes to replace the old valve with this new replacement. Fixed the leaky steam wand. What else can I say? If I ever need replacement parts for my Gaggia Classic.....The Espresso Shop is the place for me.

The steam valve arrived very quickly and was a perfect replacement for the leaky unit on my 2012 Gaggia Classic, which is now making good quality foam from the steam wand.

This tough little machine can perform well for many years with regular maintenance and a few strategic replacements, which are readily available here and quickly dispatched. Excellent service!

Ordered as my steam valve was dripping from a seal that had grown scale inside due to (likely) not descaling frequently enough. Came with gaskets on the valve, took maybe 15 minutes to disassemble, fix, reassemble, and test. The valve has never felt better to use
