Hi I am looking for new burrs for my La pavoni Jolly grinder. Are these burrs compatible?

Although a similar size the Rocky burrs are not suitable for the Jolly. We do not have any burrs for the jolly in stock at this time but I would suggest giving the old ones a good scrub with a small wire brush till such time as they are changed. The Jolly grinder spares are on our list but it will be November before we have in stock

Reading the description, it's not clear if those are original Rancilio burrs or 3rd party replacements. Could you clarify this?

Not a straightforward question. If you are asking if we buy these through Rancilio, no, too expensive. If you are asking are they made in the factory that makes them for Rancilio and every other brand of grinder yes.
