Gaggia Nanotech Coated Shower Screen 55mm  £9.96

Having recently bought a 2008 Gaggia classic, in need of some TLC, i decided to try out a new shower screen, the first was an ims precision screen, which worked well, but the water distribution seemed odd to me, so browsing for another type i managed to find this little gem, it's far sturdier, and the water flow is just superb, it brings the espresso flow in a bottomles portafilter to the centre very quickly, with no obvious signs of channelling,the resulting espresso is excellent,and imho superior to the ims screen, which i found to be honest, a little flimsy, at half the price of an ims it's a steal, and i would still pick this one over the ims if it was double the price, a very happy customer indeed.
