bought in conjunction with a brass shower plate holder. Struggled to get it to fit as it would not sit properly in the recess in the shower block.
Upon close examination it had two very small protrusions on the outside diameter that were just enough to stop the screen sitting completely flat on the block.
I dressed these off using an orbital sander and it fitted perfectly as it should.

One star removed for this as the quality control ought to be better for the price. Apart from that its a decent upgrade from the standard screen.

Can i taste the difference, probably not but its a nice bit of bling and whats wrong with that.

Ok, with the original shower plate on a classic, you can tighten the screw all day long and it's fine. Don't do that with this one, you'll knacker it. Gently screw it into the holder and watch it flex. Don't need huge torque, performs much better than the original but a note about its delicate nature would be good.
