Although this part has fixed the problem (perforation) it is not perfect. Where the steam control mounts is not at 180 degrees to the group mount and leaves it twisted round a couple of degrees anti clock wise. Also the group hub mount is not level and the group now leans a little to the left. Neither of these things were apparent until after the re build or I would have returned it. Rather disappointing for a product costing nearly £180.

Hi Mark, apologies that you are not entirely happy with the product. The steam control mount can be attached to the boiler at 180 degrees but just comes down to a bit of trial and error until seated correctly. With use of an angled spanner you should be able to achieve this.
The group can be moved slightly left or right before tightening to get it straight however we will pass your feedback directly to La Pavoni where these parts are manufactured.
